Study Abroad in Ireland
December 12 – 21, 2008
Students will travel to the Republic of Ireland for a short term
study abroad program. During the tour, students will visit various
locations throughout Ireland so that they can witness and experience
first-hand the interactions between humans and animals or the use of
animals in a European culture.
Possible destinations include:
- Dublin Zoo
- Dublin Greyhound Race Track
- Local farm and butcher shop
- Grange Beef Research Center
- University of Dublin, School
of Agriculture
- Hermitage Swine Genetics
Center
- Cliffs of Moher
- Bunratty Castle and Folk Park
- Ring of Kerry
- Blarney Castle
