Come taste the final products produced by MEATSCI 4510 students! 117 Animal Science Building.

A variety of meat products were developed and will be produced by student teams. Projects use USDA-inspected food products and are properly labeled. Students also come up with a safety plan and with a marketing plan, including advertising.
