  6. CFAES Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2023 - Academic Unit Open Houses

    The Department of Animal Sciences invites alumni to join students at an Open House to experience the journey and impact of food producing animals in society.  Visitors will explore the knowledge and technology behind raising animals for food, the science of food processing and grilling, and a global perspective of animal agriculture.  Join us for an interactive experience that incorporates aspects of courses/topics, including animal handling, animal welfare, nutrition, carcass evaluation, BBQ science, and Global Food and Agriculture.
