NSLC Summer Job Opportunities

The National Student Leadership Conference's Veterinary Medicine program held at Virginia Tech this summer offers pre-college summer programs for high school students facilitated by current/recent college students. The NSLC’s main focus is on developing leadership capacity within ambitious young adults while introducing various career possibilities within their fields of interest.

NSLC is looking to hire several undergraduate students and recent graduates to serve as Team Advisors (TA) and Assistant Team Advisors (ATA) to join the program this summer as well as NSLC’s other various medical programs. They are seeking applicants who study or have a significant background in animal science disciplines including handling, agriculture, anatomy, physiology, clinical skills, small animal, large animal, etc, and enjoy working with high school students! The Veterinary Medicine program at Virginia Tech runs from June 10th - July 18th. 

Both the TA and ATA positions are paid and include covered travel, room and board, and meals.
