Ohio Pork Collegiate Leaders Program

The Ohio Pork Council is excited to announce a new opportunity for college students in Ohio studying agriculture – the Ohio Pork Collegiate Leaders Program. 

This program will consist of five learning experiences hosted by the Ohio Pork Council for college students who want to better understand Ohio’s pork industry and expand their network of agricultural professionals in the state. 

Participants will grow their knowledge of commercial pork production, diverse career opportunities, agricultural advocacy, professionalism and more. 

To be eligible for participation, the following criteria must be met: 

  • Currently enrolled and attending an accredited Ohio college or institution. 
  • Currently enrolled in an agricultural degree area. 
  • Have an interest in or passion for the pork industry. 
  • Commitment to attend 5 learning experiences hosted in New Albany, OH throughout the spring 2024 semester.
