The Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding (CDCB) is delighted to invite applications for the 2024 Summer Internship Program. This opportunity provided for dairy or animal science students will include learning and using research techniques to analyze dairy cattle genetics and management data. It is a paid internship located in Bowie, Maryland, USA and is to benefit the mission of both the CDCB and USDA Animal Genomics and Improvement Laboratory (AGIL). The intern will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday, primarily in an office environment with occasional remote work. The 2024 CDCB summer intern can begin work in May or June and continue through the summer.
