CAMPUS NEWS & EVENTS

INTERNSHIP & PART-TIME ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Positions are availale for internships and research tech at Miner Institute! For more information, see attached.

  2. The Forage Center of Excellence is looking to hire a research assistant at their lab located at the Miner Institute in Chazy, NY! This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor's degree and research experience.

  3. Columbus Humane is offering a summer internship in the Behavioral and Enrichment department! This opportunity will expose participants to the pivotal role of animal enrichment in shelter operations.

  4. NEOMED is offering a lead veterinary technologist position in the NIH-funded Translational Autism Laboratory! See attached and contact rseese@neomed.edu for more information!

GRADUATE SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

  1. Lely North America is now accepting applications for the 2025 Future of Dairy Scholarships!

  2. Dairy Shrine scholarship applications are now open! All applications are due by midnight April 15th. See attached to apply! 

STUDY ABROAD INFORMATION

  1. Applications for the CFAES Global Education AU25 program are now open! The application deadline is June 10th, 2025.

LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

  1. FAES 2351 will guide students through the full process of Career Development. From exploration and building a resume to learning how to navigate the job search and negotiate a salary.

  2. The Ohio FFA Association is looking for volunteers to assist with their 2025 Ohio FFA Agriscience Fair Award Program! Students will help conduct interviews and/or pre-score the written manuscripts.
