A scholarship opportunity is available to rising seniors accepted into a veterinary school. The Chester Gipson Scholarship is designed to support aspiring veterinarians interested in a career in regulatory veterinary medicine. This scholarship provides students up to $50,000 towards their graduate studies, paid employment during summer and school breaks as a Veterinary Student Trainee. Students then have the opportunity to convert into a full time employee with USDA as a Veterinary Medical Officer upon graduation and meeting program requirements.
