Animal Sciences Quadrathlon Team Nebraska Bound

The Department of Animal Sciences Academic Quadrathlon Team, composed of Nick Erf, Allie Schroeder, Jade Werner, and Jack Korenyi-Both, will represent the Department at the Midwest American Society of Animal Sciences (ASAS) meeting. The team defeated three other teams of four to represent the department in Omaha, Nebraska. Teams participate in four events: Laboratory Practicum, Written Exam, Oral Presentation, and Quiz Bowl. The students will compete on Sunday, March 11, at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the Oral Presentation and Practicum. They will finish with the Written Exam and Quiz Bowl on Monday, March 12, at the Midwest ASAS meeting in Omaha. The team is competing to represent the Midwest ASAS section at the National Academic Quadrathlon in Vancouver. Their advisor, Dr. Joe Ottobre, will accompany the team to Nebraska.
