This year's Buckeye Bonanza on Saturday, April 12, went down in the books as a successful sale. Cash and Credit "Maverick", a sorrel quarter horse, brought the top bid at $3,900; sale average was $1,227. Fourteen other horses rounded out the lot for a horse sale total of $18,400. Thank you all who joined us on a windy but otherwise beautiful Saturday for this 7th annual event. Thank you also to all the donors, sponsors, and volunteers who helped to make this sale possible. The sale consisted of one miniature horse and fourteen quarter horses. The auctioneer was Ron Rhodeback of Granville, Ohio.
