The European Dairy Science study abroad trip just wrapped up. Read more about the trip and see photos on the department's Facebook page. The trip was led by Dr. Maurice Eastridge, and eleven students participated. The purpose of the trip is for students to "increase their understanding of the global nature of the dairy industry and examine the demographics, cultural and economic forces, along with the natural resource availability on dairy farming and milk processing in the U.S. versus European countries visited."
