Dr. Grazyne Tresoldi joined the Department of Animal Sciences in December 2023. She joins us from the University of California, Davis with years of experience researching heat stress in dairy cattle and developing solutions to to optimize cow cooling considering more sustainable, less water-demanding strategies. Grazyne currently teaches the Introduction to Animal Welfare course while researching current strategies for handling extreme weather on Ohio dairy farms. Grazyne's teaching and research initiatives support her lifelong mission to enhance the well-being of farm animals and champion sustainable farming practices.
