The Department of Animal Sciences and Ohio 4-H will host a two Saturday workshop that explores the impact of livestock practices on meat quality and consumer satisfaction. The event will be held February 17th and 24th from 8:30am-4:30pm in the Animal Science Building (2029 Fyffe Court, Columbus, OH 43210). The workshops are targeted towards youth (14-18 years old) and agriscience teachers. The registration deadline is December 15 and is limited to 40 seats on a first-come basis.
