Dr. Lyda Garcia represented The Ohio State University Meat Science Program at the Ohio 2015 Team Cuisine Cooks Camp. This was the 14th annual camp and was held at Tri-Rivers Career Center July 15-18, 2015. Attendees included high school seniors in culinary programs from Ohio high schools. The camp is a workshop on culinary arts and food service management. Dr. Garcia teamed up with the Ohio Beef Council staff Emily Jackson to present on beef to close to 40 students and instructors.
