It's that time of year...time for tasting the final products created by MEATSCI 4510 students. This year's menu included a variety of tasty items developed and produced by student teams. All products are USDA inspected and labeled according to USDA guidelines. Students also developed a hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) safety plan and a marketing plan, including advertising. On tap were JerkYum Apricot Beef Jerky Bar, Lip Smackin' Bacon Jack, Teriyaki Jalapeño Ham Jerky, Milk Stout Corned Beef, Cranberry Bison Jerky, Mango Chipotle Snack Sticks, Sriracha Garlic Brat Patties, and Ambrosia Gyro Patties.
