Congratulations to the following Animal Sciences students who recently earned the title of College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences 2016 Outstanding Senior!
The purpose of the award, given to 20 seniors each year, is to recognized those student who have "excelled throughout their undergraduate experience (within and outside the classroom) through scholarship, leadership, and involvement in community...[and] demonstrated personal and professional growth, distinguishing themselves through varied impacts achieved within their department, college, university, and community...Any undergraduate student in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences and the School of Environment and Natural Resources who will graduate during the calendar year of 2016 is eligible for consideration...Applicants must have a 3.00 cumulative GPA at the time of application. Academic performance will be considered, but the quality of experiences in scholarship, leadership, professional and personal growth, and involvement in community will serve as the primary evaluation factors for the selection of award recipients."
