Shonna Smith, MS student in Dr. Rajashekara's lab was recently awarded an $1000 scholarship to attended NASDA/MANRRS Agriculture Policy 
Summit in conjunction with NASDA annual Winter Policy Conference in Washington, D.C., February 12-15, 2023. She was selected amongst 17 students to participate and meet individuals in the different state departments of agriculture and those working in agricultural policy.
