New Summer 2017 Course Offering

ANIMSCI/MEATSCI 5410: Food Animal Production and Processing Industry Tour (2 Credit Hours)

Goals and Objectives: Students have an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience with commercial animal production and food animal processing facilities. This course will include travel to off-campus facilities.

Meeting Times: May 10, 2017 – June 5, 2017 (M: 9am – 1pm; T-F: 1:00pm – 2:20pm)

Prerequisite: ANIMSCI/MEATSCI 3110 or permission of instructor
