Some position responsibilites include: participating in the professional development and coaching of an excellent long-term support team to assure all staff are achieving their professional goals; developing strategies to further build and enhance relationships with clients by enhancing customer service; client referrals and online presence, ensuring proper medical record documentation and facilitating the transition to a paperless medical record system; and overseeing and utilizing technology tools to improve our client communications and compliance / reminder system.
