Job Summary: Develop, maintain and supervise all aspects of dairy farm to ensure herd welfare, regulatory compliance, organic herd maintenance and compliance, raw milk quality, equipment/parlor sanitation, and efficient milking practices. Supervise and ensure proper, safe, and exceptional operation of associates engaged in milking and dairy herd maintenance. Monitor animal health and ensure herd welfare practices are maintained.
