Semex is actively seeking a relationship-oriented, motivated individual to join our sales team in Eastern Indiana and Western Ohio. Using Semex sales tools and technology, you will develop and grow partnerships with customers by listening to their needs, showing the value of our products and programs and seeking solutions to help their operations be more profitable. As a District Sales Representative you will deliver value-added genetic solutions and programs while increasing sales volume within the given sales territory.
Along with enthusiasm for and experience in the dairy industry, the qualified candidates have exceptional customer relations and communication skills. You must be a self-starter, results oriented and driven by developing win-win solutions. At least 1-year sales experience required and a Bachelor degree in Agriculture is preferable. In depth genetic knowledge and familiarity with dairy management software programs are considered assets. Considerable travel will be required.
