The position is responsible for implementing checkoff-funded marketing programs for the Ohio Beef Council (OBC) including the council’s digital marketing and influencer initiatives. This position implements tactics from the council’s marketing plan to increase consumer demand for beef and veal products. These include tactics focused on “how beef gets from pasture to plate” and programs to “inspire consumer trial and usage of beef.” Related work experience preferred. Proven organizational skills and excellent oral and written communications skills are essential. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of software programs and digital marketing. Agricultural background and cattle background preferred, but not required.
