OLIVE HILL SPORTHORSES 
Barn Manager for Hunter/Jumper facility in Lexington, KY. Duties include feeding, blanketing, turnout, some stall cleaning, coordinating feed orders and other general farm duties. Must be English speaking and have own transportation, non-smoking, reliable, comfortable with basic farm equipment and have a working knowledge of horse health and behavior. Must have good communication skills with staff and clients. This is a non-riding position. Full time position, starting pay of $12-15/hour based on experience, accrued paid vacation and sick time available.

Tour Experience & Events Coordinator 
Fulltime Position; Includes Benefits 
Monday through Friday; 8am-4pm (early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required. Overtime as directed) 
Provide tours of the Hagyard campus; Schedule tours in cooperation with Horse Country Initiative; Maintain shared tour calendar internally and using AnyRoad experience management platform; Design promotional material for use internally and externally; Network with organizations affiliated with the equine industry; Create and maintain annual budget; Manage Hagyard Horse Country retail; Manage Shopify ecommerce software; Prepare conference room for tours, maintain historical and veterinary content, prep and clean before and after events; Train additional tour guides as resources for large tour events; Maintain Hagyard tour manual; Meeting coordination, including: creating promotional flyers, internal and external communication regarding events, organizing attendee lists, ordering food, renting tables and chairs; Event coordination, including: preparing insurance for booth, completing registration paperwork, organizing shipment of booth, set-up and takedown for events, and working in booth during events; Manage practice logo wear orders: place orders, distribute orders and confirm orders with accounting; Manage social media accounts and create daily posts; Coordinate with sponsorship and marketing team to manage sponsorship requests. 
QUALIFICATIONS: Customer-focused and effective communicator; Detail oriented, able to take direction and work independently; Computer skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong working knowledge of technology and social media platforms; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Artemis Laser & Radiology Technician 
Fulltime Position: Includes Benefits 
Monday through Saturday; 8am to 4pm (overtime as directed) 
Artemis Laser: Assist with management of schedule for laser appointments; Keep patient treatment sheets up to date; Assist with contacting clients to set up appointments and keep updated throughout treatment; Assist with doctor communication about patients; Ability to keep workspace and equipment organized and clean; Transport laser and equipment within central Kentucky from farm to farm in personal dependable vehicle; Keep track of mileage. 
Radiology: Assists veterinarians with taking radiographs at client location(s) as scheduled; Available to assist with the entire radiography process during all sales, as needed; Assists with uploading of video scopes to digital repositories during sales; Assists with routine maintenance of digital radiography equipment to ensure highest quality standards; Attend annual meetings with doctors prior to sales beginning to ensure expectations are met and details are communicated; Assists with the delivery of digital radiograph records to Keeneland in accordance with the Keeneland schedule; Participates in training for support staff and doctors; Follows protocol for radiation safety measures to ensure safety of staff and compliance with government regulatory requirements; Attend all training required to learn new techniques, procedures and equipment; Attend and participate in staff meetings as required. 
QUALIFICATIONS: Be independent and self-aware of time management; Be capable of handling nervous or problem horses with confidence; Understand equine anatomy for laser placement during treatment; Detail oriented, able to take direction and work independently; Strong working knowledge of technology; Must be capable of lifting 100 lbs.; Must have a valid drivers license and a safe driving record.
