Arlosy Inc. is looking to fill an open position; the position will assist in milking 120 Holstein cows, feeding cows, feeding calves, and field work. Milking is done in a double 8 parallel parlor with high and low lactating groups and a sick pen. Feeding cows requires experience driving a tractor and operating a TMR mixing cart. Field work depends on the season, but they grow about 1,200 acres of crops of soybeans, corn, wheat, and hay. All training will be provided. Schedule is flexible with proper communication to supervisor. Employee must have reliable transportation, housing, and a valid driver's license.
