Small Ruminant and Pseudo Ruminant Production and Management (ANIMSCI 4004.01) and the Small Ruminant Production Lab (ANIMSCI 4004.02) will be held as scheduled in Columbus during the Spring 2020 semester. Our Department recently moved our sheep operations to Wooster, merging our Don Scott and Wooster sheep flocks. Holding pens at Don Scott, Waterman Farm and the department’s arena in the Animal Sciences building will be utilized with sheep transported on a regular basis from Wooster, to ensure students continue to have hands-on learning experiences with small ruminants in Columbus. The Department of Animal Sciences recognizes the integral role sheep and goats play in our departmental teaching program and will ensure students continue to have that learning experience.
