Career Discovery with Purina Animal Nutrition

Please join Purina Animal Nutrition scientists and other professionals in an online meet and greet to explore careers in industry. This is your chance to ask them questions and expand your career horizons.

This event will include a 40 minute introduction to Land O'Lakes and an overview of it's business unit, Purina. Followed will be a 20 minute breakout session. 

Please register in advance of the event and indicate which breakout session/speaker you're interested in. The first five students to register will receive a special Purina package. The student who chats-in the most questions during the breakout session will be rewarded with Purina swag!

Livestock/Lifestyle Sales and Production. Hosted by Joe Fuller, National Farm Production Consultant Leader. Purina feed sales positions are focused on calling on and developing a consultative relationship with animal owners and providing professional nutritional advice to animal owners in the livestock and lifestyle business market segments.  

The speakers available for the break out sessions are listed below: 

R&D. Hosted by Dr. Robert Jacobs, Equine Innovation Manager. The Purina R&D team conducts research investigating the role of nutrition on various areas of animal physiology. Our team works to develop new feeds and additives to optimize the performance of animals through nutrition through rigorous research trials.

Technical Services. Hosted by Dr. Christina Hayes, Product Manager, Beef Technical Solutions. The Purina tech solution team provides support for the marketing, R&D and sales teams the help the drive the innovation process. In addition, the team provides training and product management in order to deliver the new products and programs derived from the innovation process.

Feed Manufacturing . Hosted by Daniel Coen, Feed Plant Manager. Explore career opportunities within Supply Chain at Land O Lakes, Inc.
