CAMPUS NEWS & EVENTS

  2. Back by popular demand, we’re continuing our monthly events that focus on mental & emotional wellness.  Our October event will be held on Thursday, October 3rd from 4:30-7:30 PM at Griggs Reservoir Park (2933 Riverside Dr.).  Come for free food, games and th

  3. The Dept. of Animal Sciences is now taking orders for embroidered and screen print clothing items (button up shirts, polos, jackets, vests, sweatshirts, hats, etc.). This is only done once a year and everything is "made to order”.

INTERNSHIP & PART-TIME ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Royal Vista Southwest in Purcell, Oklahoma is accepting undergraduate internship applications for Spring 2020. The internship is from December 30th-June 30th.On site housing is provided.

  2. Hagyard Equine Medical Institute has an outstanding lineup of internships to offer during the 2020 breeding season (January-June) from medicine, field care, surgery to reproduction focuses. Why consider Hagyard for an internship? Here are just a few reasons why:

  3. Royal Vista Southwest, an equine assisted reporduction facility in Purcell, Oklahoma is accepting undergraduate internship applications for Spring 2020.

  4. Kentucky Equine Management is now accepting applications for their upcoming Spring 2020 Breeding and Reproduction internship!

    Interns live and work on central Kentucky Thoroughbred farms and attend weekly lectures on topics of importance to reproduction and breeding.

FULL-TIME JOB ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Mitchell Agriculture Ltd. is a share milking business located in Southland, New Zealand. The business is owned and run by Danny and Abby Mitchell. Since beginning in the industry 7 years ago, Danny has worked his way up through the kiwi-dairy system.

  3. Nandi Veterinary Associates, a breeding farm in Southeastern PA is looking for a hands on farm manager. They currently foal between 70 and 90 mares a year, stand several stallions, collect transient stallions, breed mares with fresh, frozen and cooled semen as well as perform embryo transfer.

  4. Equine Medical Associates, PSC is looking to hire a Veterinary Technician for the breeding season this coming spring.

The Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA) is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and broadly experienced individual to serve as full-time Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions including office and property management, IT, benefits

  6. Dutch Hollow Farm is an 800-cow Registered Jersey dairy in Eastern NY. We are currently looking for someone capable of fulfilling management responsibilities and willing to work closely with the current herd manager/owner and other employees.
