Animal Health I

Provides students with an introduction to principles of animal health and emphasizes management practices that influence host-pathogen interactions. 3140 or 3140E is recommended. Prereq: 2200.01 or 2300H, and Soph standing or above.

Reproductive Physiology

Introduction to anatomy and physiology of reproductive systems of various species with a focus on agricultural species. 3140 (310) or 3140H (310H) is recommended. Prereq: 2200.01 (200) or 2300H (200H), and Soph standing or above. Not open to students with credit for 318.

Introductory Meat Science

Analysis of the principles of meat science as related to meat animal value factors, processing technology, and merchandising systems affecting the producer, processor, and consumer. Prereq: Biology 1101 or 1113. Not open to students with credit for MeatSci 3110. Cross-listed in MeatSci.
