Dr. Greg Habing is seeking a part-time, undergraduate, graduate, or DVM student to work on a project focused on transmission of zoonotic and foodborne pathogens in cattle populations. The student will work primarily in a laboratory setting with opportunities for field work. Duties include microbiological procedures, PCR, data entry, and basic laboratory maintenance. The work schedule is flexible, but a minimum of 12 hours per week is desired and morning hours are a higher priority. Previous laboratory experience is helpful but not required.
